Cheese Onion Rava Dosa

Rava dosa is an Indian crepe of South India. It is a derivative of Dosa. It is also known as Ravvattu orRave Dose. The best part of this dosa is it’s the instant version. It’s crisp and delicious breakfast iteam. Today I am sharing with you all my version of onion cheese rava dosa. The touch of cheese make it more elegant and more delicious. I am sure you all will love to have this cheese onion rava dosa.

Choddo Shaak

It is a long held Bengali tradition to eat "Choddo Shaak", a preparation made of 14 different leafy greens, on the day before Kali Puja.... 'choddo saag' was served for lunch ritualistically...it include palong saag/spinach..laal saag/red amarnath...kolmi saag/water spinach..sorshe saag/mustard greens...mulo saag/radish green...pui saag/basella/ Malabar spinach...methi saag/ fenugreek greens/....paat saag / young jute greens/ ....ol kopi saag/ turnips greens.....chola saag/chickpeas green...hincha saag ( it's type of bitter leaves)...lau saag/bottle gourd green...kumro saag/pumpkin green..kochur saag/taro greens ...thankuni pata/mandukaparni or brahmi booti/centella......are few assorted greens...cleaned and fried in mustard oil with just salt and whole red chilly.....nothing fancy but it taste awesome. Rose Rasmalai

Ras malai or rossomalai. is a sweetmeat consumed mainly in India, as well as in Pakistan and Bangladesh. The name ras malai comes from two words in Hindi: ras, meaning "juice", and malai, meaning "cream". It has been described as "a rich cheesecake without a crust." This dish was invented by the Bengali sweetmeat confectioner and businessman K.C. Das in the year 1930. I being a Bengali was inborn blessed with sweet tooth and among many sweets in my fav list. Rassomalai stands on the top. Today on the auspicious occasion of Diwali sharing with you a very simple yet elegant creamy sweet dish rose rasmalai with a wish that this diwali may you be blessed with a life that is as sweet yummy creamy and lovely as rose rasmalai.
