So stay tuned and keep exploring new yummy taste. Stir fried baby corn is a very known dish in restaurant serving Chinese cuisine. I tried this delicious recipe at home and it turned out awesome. So sharing with you a very delicious yummy tasty and easy recipe stir fried crispy baby corn.
Preparation time : 15 minutes Cooking time : 10 minutes Serves : 5 to 6 Ingredients : 15 to 16 baby corn cut into small pieces blanched 2 tbsp cornflour 2 tbsp whisked egg ½ tsp garlic powder salt n pepper 4 tbsp tomato sauce 2 tbsp red chilly sauce to taste black salt (optional) Oil for frying
Methods of Cooking :
Take a bowl add cornflour , whisked egg, garlic powder, salt, pepper and water and make a watery consistency type of batter.Dip the blanched babycorn on it and deep fry them . Take them on a tissue paper so that excess oil is drained out. Now add 1 tsp oil in a pan add the fried babycorn add tomato sauce , chilly sauce (hot or sweet according to your preference) black salt if using. Toss well n serve immediately. It’s absolutely a pep up starter . Enjoy with your friends n family.
