I have learned a new method called flash cooking from FB food group by Ram Krishnan Sir this dish can be done trying that method too in less than 2 minutes. You need a 2 liter good pressure cooker. Heat ghee and fry the khoya add green peas ( don’t blanch ) then add all other spices and 1 tbsp water. Mix well. Close the lid well. And pressure cook for just 1 whistle on high flame. Put off the flame let whistle settle and then serve hot with poori, naan, paratha or roti. It tastes awesome. Try whichever method you feel convenient and you will get an yummy side dish for lunch or dinner.

Happy Cooking!
