Preparation time : 10 minutes Cooking time : 15 minutes Serves : 4 Ingredients : 1 cup sheem beenchi / fresh hyacinth bean de skinned 5 cups chopped spinach 1 onion chopped 8 cloves garlic chopped 2 red chilly broken into two 2 tbsp oil salt to taste
Methods of Cooking :
Blanched hyacinth beans. Heat oil in a pan. Add red chilly, chopped garlic and onion. Fry till the onion translucent. Add chopped spinach. Fry well. Then add blanched hyacinth beans and salt. Fry well for 6 to 8 minutes. Delicious yummy green is ready . Have it with hot steamed rice. To make it more exotic add a dash of ghee in your rice. Palong diye sheem beechi is a super delicious winter delight. Enjoy.
