Preparation time : 10 minutes Cooking time :5 minutes Serve : 4 Ingredients: 16 hard toasted bread small triangle 1 cup hung curd 1/2 cup fresh cream 2 tbsp thick coconut milk 1/4 tsp sugar (optional) 8 to 10 curry leaves 1/2 tsp mustard seed 1 tsp white pepper powder or to taste 1 tsp lemon juice (optional) handfull of almond 1 tsp coconut oil / vegetable oil handfull pome pearls 4 tbsp colorful bhujia/ sev Salt to taste Methods of Cooking :Heat oil in a small pan. Add mustard seed, when it start to splutter then add almond and curry leaves.Fry a little. In a bowl add hung curd, fresh cream,coconut milk, white pepper,lemon juice, sugar, salt and then mix well. Now place bread toasts in a serving plate. With a small ladle spread the curd mixture over the bread peices. Sprinkle fried almond mustard and curry leaves.Above it sprinkle crushed bhujia and pome pearls. A very delicious yummy colorful healthy bread chat is ready for all you to relish.Serve immediately.
