Colorful Bread Chat

Wishing all friends and follower of Sutapa's Indian Cuisine a Very Happy and Prosperous New Year 2016. Today sharing with you all a very easy yet colorful bread chat with you all. May all your days in the coming New Year be this colorful and yummy. I used only almond you can use mixed nuts for this recipe will taste equally good. Preparation time : 10 minutes 
Cooking time :5 minutes 
Serve : 4 

16 hard toasted bread small triangle
1  cup hung curd
1/2 cup fresh cream 
2 tbsp thick coconut milk
1/4 tsp sugar (optional) 
8 to 10 curry leaves
1/2 tsp mustard seed 
1 tsp white pepper powder or to taste
1 tsp lemon juice (optional) 
handfull of almond 
1 tsp coconut oil / vegetable oil
handfull pome pearls
4 tbsp colorful bhujia/ sev 
Salt to taste

Methods of Cooking :
Heat oil in a small pan. Add mustard seed, when it start to splutter then add almond and curry leaves.Fry a little. In a bowl add hung curd, fresh cream,coconut milk, white pepper,lemon juice, sugar, salt and then mix well. Now place bread toasts in a serving plate. With a small ladle spread the curd mixture over the bread peices. Sprinkle fried almond mustard and curry leaves.Above it sprinkle crushed bhujia and pome pearls. A very delicious yummy colorful healthy bread chat is ready for all you to relish.Serve immediately. Enjoy creamy colorful bread chat.
