Cornflakes Coconut Ladoo’s -Kellogg's Waale Guptaji ka Nashta


Breakfast is one of the most important meal of the day as after 6 to 8 hours of sleep body need some healthy filling breakfast to refill the body with the needed energy. In our busy schedule it’s hard to choose healthy breakfast regularly that will be low in fat , cholesterol and rich in vitamins and minerals. Cornflakes nowadays play a vital role to go for a guilt free breakfast which will reload us with liveliness. Cornflakes as we all know are a popular breakfast cereal originally manufactured by Kellogg's through the treatment of maize. It’s such a beautiful gift, we can prepare delicious breakfast with. It’s easy to prepare, provides enough energy and above all it’s crispy and crunchy and you get it almost everywhere.
Do you meet Guptaji and his family? Not yet… you should… I think one of the most wonderful family who loves to share smile and happiness. Mr. Gupta a perfect gentle man, their fun loving kids Ritu and Rohan and Mrs Shalu Gupta a wonderful homemaker and a great chef. She came up with some innovative, healthy delicious nashta ( breakfast) recipes with Kellogg’s cornflakes. I am sure all Guptaji’s neighbors wait to get invitation from Gupta family to join them in their breakfast table. After watching the making video’s of all the delicious healthy recipes from Mr’s Gupta in YouTube , I am tempted to join them just once. I am drooling since I saw the coconut cornflakes ladoo. As you all know that Chaitra Navratri is going on and in this festive time temptation run high when it comes to sweet delicacies. Choosing healthy sweets which we can enjoy guilt free is really a daunting job. I think Mr’s Gupta crack the code very well with her cornflakes coconut ladoo. For all those who will not be able to join Guptaji’s family here is the recipe of yummy Cornflakes Coconut ladoo.

INGREDIENTS
2 Cups (crushed) Kellogg's Corn Flakes
2 Tbsp chopped mixed nuts
¼ Cup condensed milk
¼ Cup ghee
dessicated coconut (copra)

DIRECTIONS
Combine all the above ingredients.
Shape into lemon size ladoos and serve.

Truly speaking this is not the only drool worthy recipe that makes me tempted to join Guptaji’s family for nashta but when I see other lip smacking dishes , all of which I get to know from their Facebook Page like walnut cornflakes chocoballs, cab corn basil, sitafal cornflakes or that Cornflakes popcorn cluster , I find all the reason to join Guptaji’s family for nashta. I also want to thank Mr’s Gupta for preparing that healthy spicy Chatpata Cornflakes Chivda…..a lovely twist to a regular snacks . “Happiness is only real when shared” and I think Guptaji ‘s family know it very well. So it will be my pleasure to join Guptaji for nasta. Guptaji do keep the door open …I am coming..…and who knows may be many more friends of mine too will love to share your nashta table.

The dish looks very rich but it is not that heavy and not loaded with too much of calories but a simple fast to cook easy delicious dish.
