Preparation time : 10 minutes Cooking time : 10 minutes Serves : 4 Ingredients : 15 to 16 arbi /Colocasia 1 tbsp tomato paste 1 ½ tbsp coriander powder 1 ½ tsp red chilly powder or to taste
½ tsp garam masala powder 1 lemon juice 4 tbsp oil Salt to tasteWash, boil, cool and peel arbi/ colocasia. Now heat oil. Fry the arbi. Keep aside in that oil add red chilly powder and coriander powder and tomato paste. Stir a little then add the fried arbi and salt. Mix well with the masala. Sprinkle lemon juice generously. Mix well. Your spicy arbi is ready with roti , paratha or any other India bread enjoy hot and tangy spicy arbi.
