Chinchinchoo Fried Rice With Pasta Fish in Egg Wrap


For Chinchinchoo Fried Rice 

Preparation time :  15 minutes
Cooking time : 15 minutes
Serves : 4 

Ingredients :
4 cups cooked rice 
¼ cup finely chopped carrot 
1 finely chopped capsicum
¼ cup finely chopped cabbage 
1 onion finely chopped 
½ tsp garlic freshly grated
1 seasoning cube 
¼ tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp  fried shrimp powder
2 tbsp oil to fry
2 tbsp fried cashew
few raisin (optional)
¼  tsp sugar (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Methods of Cooking: 
In a wok heat oil. Then add finely chopped onion , garlic , vegetable, fried shrimp powder, Stir in high flame with salt and pepper. Now add the cooked rice, seasoning powder, soy sauce and fried cashew sugar and raisin ( if using). Stir and toss all in high flame. You can few pinch MSG if you want but I want to keep my chinchinchoo fried rice healthy so don’t like to add MSG.

Pasta Fish In Egg Wrap
Preparation time : 10 minutes
Cooking time : 30 minutes
Serves : 2 

Ingredients :
1 cup cooked pasta of your choice 
1 cup boneless boiled fish
2 tbsp spicy hot pasta sauce 
1/2 tsp garlic paste 
1 tbsp grated cheese
4 eggs 
½ tsp ginger paste 
to taste salt and pepper
Oil to fry

Methods of Cooking:
Take boiled pasta , little mashed boneless fish, pasta sauce , cheese , garlic paste in a bowl and 1 tbsp of beaten egg . Mix well and keep aside. Now in another bowl beat two eggs with salt pepper and half ginger paste. Heat oil in a pan add half of beaten egg. When it start to spread place half of the prepared pasta and fish mixture. Press with the spatula so that the mixture set in it. Now pour the rest of the egg mixture above it. Once the buttom is set then flip it and let other side cook well too. Place it on a kitchen paper todrain the excess oil. Now serve in your plate topped with grated cheese and fresh parsley , cliantro or mint leaves of your choice. I serve with fresh salad , tomato sauce and mustard sauce.
