Shahi Cake Tudkra

Shahi Cake Tudkra
Preparation time : 10 minutes 
Cooking time : 10 minutes and 1 hour
Serves : 4 

Sponge cake  cut into bit size slice
Vanilla ice cream 
6 to 8 drops  rose  water 
¼ tsp elachi powder/ cardamom powder (optional)
1 tbsp butter
1 ripe sweet mango cut into small cubes 

Methods Of Cooking:

Heat butter in a pan. Now fry the cake cubes till golden. Sprinkle elaichi powder if using. Keep aside to cool down. Bring out the vanilla ice cream from  freezer a little before so that it softens then add rose water and mix with soft hand. Now in a serving plate spread layer of vanilla ice cream then above it place fried cake cubes then another layer of ice cream. Top it with sweet mango cubes. Then keep the serving platter in freezer. Serve chilled. Enjoy the most yummylicious shahi cake tudkra.
