Methods of Cooking:
Take the okra , bori and whole red chilly. Take a cast iron grill pan. The best type of pan will be a flat. Pre-heat your pan to medium-high to high heat before adding the vegetables. As every stove is a little different, adjust if necessary. Place the okra, bori and whoel red chilly. Let all get charred. Now cut off the head and tail of the okras. Mash the okra, bori and red chilly then add chopped onion, green chilly, mustard oil and kasundi. Mix well. Serve it with steamed hot rice.In Bengal such dishes are served as starter.
